ITECA Pan Microscope has been designed with CEDIAC experience to meet customers’ needs to follow crystals growth in a vacuum pan.
Thanks to its digital technology, ITECA has dramatically improved the microscope and given its new abilities to insure a total control of the crystallization. Through a window, the system captures a very sharp image of the crystals and analyzes in real-time the size and the shape.
For each batch the most important steps of the crystal growth are recorded (image and data) and can be easily reviewed.
Real time crystal growth monitoring offers the following benefits in sugar mills:
• To follow the crystals growth on line • To check if the graining is correctly done • To improve the crystallization process • To allow a complete traceability of the production • To record the crystal growth at different steps for each
batch • To monitor all your pans on the same computer • To check the vacuum pan rinsing
