We do ask you to make your selection as early as possible in order to allow us time to incorporate them into your new home as we build it. Our agent will be happy to go through these with you in detail as well as provide the last possible dates by which they must be selected.
KITCHENS
As the hub of any home, the stunning kitchen combines Italian styling with exceptional high quality materials throughout. For a clean, contemporary look, all doors and drawers are handless with a chic matt finish available in white, light grey or mid grey. They are also as stylish to use with soft close for smooth, effortless movement. These are complemented by solid and hardwearing 100% acrylic worktops, yours in a choice of stylish colours with seamless grooved drainer slots direct into the worktop surface. To finish the look, there is a high quality stainless steel under mounted sink.
Last and by no means least, there are the little touches that make such a big difference. These include a handy pull-out bin and a hidden cutlery drawer. Then, there is striking LED lighting which lights up your kitchen and ensures it is a beacon of perfection.
BATHROOMS AND EN-SUITE
The bathroom is your haven from everyday life. So, to ensure you have somewhere to relax that is as luxurious as it is calming, bathroom suites from the Villeroy & Boch Architectura collection have been chosen, with LED sensor mirrors where possible to complement the basins. For added elegance and style, lever operated chrome Monobloc taps are used throughout, while each toilet features a soft-close seat.
To the shower, stunning chrome Hansgrohe fittings have been used as well as a low-profile tray and clear glass wetroom panels or shower door. Ceramic tiling extends to the full height of the showering area and half height elsewhere, with porcelain floor tiles available as an option.
In addition, both bathrooms and en-suites feature shaver sockets as well as heated towel rails and LED downlighters create bright even lighting that helps reduce your energy consumption.
INTERIOR DÉCOR
A modern palette of Farrow & Ball grey and white emulsions have been used on interior walls, the ceilings complete the look with a smooth white finish. A hardwearing satin white has been painted on all woodwork, including the contemporary rebated skirting boards and architraves.
For a truly luxurious look and feel corridors and living rooms feature engineered wooded flooring in oak, while carpeted rooms boast luxury Invictus carpets from Sirius in stylish silver/grey. This colour theme is then reflected by the choice of classic timber window frames that reach the highest glazing standards for cosiness and reduced heating costs.
All apartment entrance doors have a contemporary grey laminate hard wearing finish. Equally as striking are the solid oak interior doors finished in white with embossed detailing, with chrome lever-on-rose handles.

THINGS TO DOHarrogate is the town that entertains morning, noon and night. During the day you can stroll around the world famous Grade II listed English Heritage Valley Gardens or perhaps the RHS Garden Harlow Carr which is one of Yorkshire’s most relaxing and innovative gardens.
