Name Change• ASCWU Board of Directors is now ASCWU Student
Government.
• Name change allowed for complete rebranding of student government.

• 200 Homecoming were made and given away to students who followed us on Twitter & Instagram
Midterm Elections• Get Out The Vote
• ## Students Registered in time for Elections• VP Legislative Affairs and WSA involvement in 2 Phone Banking
events to remind students to vote• Elections Assistance Center hosted in the SURC, allowing students
to turn in ballots or print out ballots if they didn’t receive one.
Improving Services• Residence Hall Printing Stations
• Coordinated effort between Tech Fee Committee, RHA, and Student Government.
• Printers will be housed in lobby areas to provide an efficient service and provide a safer alternative to walking to the Library at night.
• Will serve as a first step that will ultimately change technology services will be provided at CWU.
• Campus Wide Service Improvements • Hosting a Joint EISC/Tech Fee Committee meeting in Spring to
discuss the future of computer labs and improvements to existing internet services.

Community Involvement• Central Transit
• Working with City of Ellensburg and Hope Source to constantly improve the service.
• Find a continual local source of revenue.
• Club Outreach (VP Clubs and Orgs)• Encouraging Clubs to get more involved with campus and
community engagement.• Improving recognition process for clubs
COLLABORATION
University Administration• Serving CWU in Olympia
• Tuition Freeze.• Communicating and seeking support from Olympia during the
Budget Year.
• CWU Foundation Involvement
• Class Ring• Student Government effort to create a standardized and affordable
class ring.• Working with University Advancement to create a survey that will
guide the design process.• The goal is to increase School spirit and create a tradition.

Conclusion• Improved communication between students, student government,
and university administration.
• A larger voice for CWU in Olympia.
• Implementation and exploration of technology services that will save the university money, and improve service efficiency for students.
• Summer 2014 has been utilised to give Student Government a head start on engaging students.
