NEW RESTAURANTS OPENED 2015
The new Nobu Crocus City comprises two floors, with a total area of 1,200 m2, and
three entrances: one from the street, one from Crocus City Mall, and one from VEGAS
Crocus City. The first floor is outfitted with a bar and lounge zone. Its central dining area
has seating for 70, as well as a sushi bar. Upstairs, the second floor boasts a panoramic
view, a separate VIP room and a large banquet hall capable of seating up
to 250 guests.
In keeping with its traditional location above Nobu, upstairs one can find Rose Bar.
Like the first location on Dmitrovka, the bar is immediately distinguished by its
extraordinary architecture. With deck planks, a sliding-glass roof, circular couches
positioned around adaptable tables, a contact bar with decorative, peek-a-boo shelving
for beverages — it all leaves the visitor with the distinct impression that he
or she has stumbled onto a luxury yacht.
The total area of the restaurant is 750 m2. It is capable of seating 120 in the dining hall,
with additional seating for 80 on the veranda, which opens for the season in May.
A defining architectural advantage is the ability to combine all of the spaces into one
by removing doors and opening up the larger passageways. Crocus City Mall also
offers a variety of restaurants including fine dining, such as Casa Mia, Pozharskyi,
Art Cafe, Fusion, and Asia, as well as several coffee bars.

Сrocus Group’s approach to development is successful because it
adheres to a holistic business strategy; the presence of a residential
and business complex in turn increases the interest of the Crocus
Group’s partners and clientele in the office and commercial center

The company is continuing its development of Crocus City
accordingly. Among current plans for the satellite city is a mixed-use
residential and business complex (439,665 m2), comprised
of a 51-story office tower (158,000 m2) designed and outfitted with
the latest technologies; what will be the largest Holiday Inn in Europe
(87,015 m2), offering 1,000 rooms; and a Marriott Hotel (84,719 m2).

the Marriott Hotel, featuring 500 rooms and a total area of 84,719 m2.
The contract for its construction was signed in 2012.

Largest Holiday Inn hotel in Europe, featuring 1000 rooms and a total area of 87, 015 м2.
It will also offer on-site conference and seminar facilities, a sports bar, two restaurants,
a cafe, and a fitness center.

CROCUS CITY AREA DEVELOPMENT
MIXED-USE COMPLEX MANHATTAN
The company is continuing its development of Crocus City
accordingly. Among current plans for the satellite city is a mixed-
use residential and business complex (439,665 m2), comprised
of a 51-story office tower (153,949 m2) designed and outfitted
with the latest technologies.
The residential complex at Crocus City will be located next
to Shore House on the waterfront, with direct access to the
Myakinino Metro Station. The project will consist of several
residential towers, housing more than 500 apartments (ranging
from 60 m2 to 135 m2), a restaurant (1,000 m2), a fitness center
and spa (1,000 m2), and two levels of aboveground parking and
six levels of underground parking, capable of accommodating
900 vehicles in total, with access to the multilevel parking garage
above the Myakinino Metro Station.
