There are an estimated 120-150 small archival repositories in five-county Philadelphia area

o Phase One: 14-month pilot project, July 2011- September 2012, focusing on two counties: Philadelphia & Montgomery

Created summary finding aids to 541 collections; posted these finding aids to publicly accessible online searchable database

Issued detailed reports to repositories, including collections descriptions & assessments and information for managing their archival holdings
