Responsibilities Mr. Gasparotti holds the position of Executive Director at Alternaty (Vietnam). In addition to his business development responsibilities, Mauro specialises in hotel investment and consultancy, feasibilities studies, cash flow analysis, market analysis, projects consultancy and operator selection. He also organizes the use and implementation of valuation models for hospitality assets and developments sites.
Professional ExperiencePrior to co-founding Alternaty, Mr. Gasparotti set up and headed the Hotel Services department at CBRE Vietnam and before this he was a Senior Manager in the Valuation and Advisory department. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr Gasparotti worked in an international financial consulting firm in Vietnam.
Following his graduation, Mr Gasparotti moved to Sydney in 2005 where he was employed at Colliers International as an assistant valuer within the Hotels department. Mr. Gasparotti was responsible for implementing valuation models and supporting the valuation process within the department. In Italy Mr. Gasparotti was employed at Praxi International, a leading Italian real estate consultancy firm, with the responsibility of developing investment and feasibility models for the firm.

Responsibilities Mr. Hever holds the position of Executive Director at Alternaty (Vietnam). In addition to his business development responsibilities, Rudolf specialises in alternative ownership structuring and hotel and resort consulting. He has extensive experience in conducting feasibility studies of development projects across Vietnam for hotel, residential, retail, office and industrial projects to specialty properties such as golf courses, luxury villas and resorts.
Professional ExperiencePrior to co-founding Alternaty, Mr. Hever was the Associate Director of the Research and Consulting department of CBRE Vietnam since 2007. During his tenure he was responsible for elevating the department to the market leading position within the industry. He is widely recognised for providing first class research and consulting services and is frequently quoted in the press and TV.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Hever worked in Hotel Valuations in Sydney. He provided research, analysis and market commentaries on the major hotel markets in Australia and wrote hotel investment research reports. Prior to working in hotel valuations, Mr. Hever worked on the derivatives trading desk at a Societe Generale, a French investment bank.

ResponsibilitiesMs. Ha holds the position of Branch Manager – Hanoi at Alternaty (Vietnam). Her responsibilities include developing and managing Alternaty’s business operations in Hanoi including managing sales, profitability, market share and customer and employees satisfaction by coordinating all sales, branch operation and personal development activities.
Professional ExperiencePrior to joining Alternaty, Ms. Ha was the head of the sales department at Hung Vuong Investment JSC, the owner of Flamingo Dai Lai Resort – a 5 star eco resort in Vinh Phuc province. She was responsible for market & competitor research, information collection & analysis, report preparation, sales & marketing plans as well as launches of the different types of services & real estate products and giving advice to BODs regarding sales & marketing strategies. She also assisted the finance department to search for business partners, investment cooperation and business development and acted as an interpreter for the BODs when working with foreign partners.
Prior to working at Hung Vuong Investment, Ms. Ha was Assistant Director at Tran Hong Quan Co. Ltd., the owner of Crown Plaza West Hanoi, where she was in charge of assisting the Director in daily activities, coordinating with the hotel operator , working with the Government authorities to apply for necessary permits, conducting market research, PR, sales & marketing plans and launching leasing activities of the office block.
Ms Ha has solid experience in the hospitality industry especially within sales & operations having achieved significant milestones in her prior roles.
