Salmonella
Enterobacteriaceae
non-lactose fermenter
CitrateGlucose
hydrogen sulphideacid gas
Features
Gram – negative bacillus
Lipopolysaccharide (LPS),
Somatic“O” antigen
Flagelar“H” antigen
Define the
Serotype
Analyze the prevalence of Salmonellae serotype among different chikens , characterize the antimicrobial resistance and genomic variations of each salmonellae and finally compare the common antigens possibly for transmission between human an chicken.
1595 Pollos
Gallinas ponedoras – 1 año de edad
Polluelos – 1 día de vida
Pollos – 9 semanas de vida
Pruebas obtenidas
The research is very useful for the science, specially to the microbiology and because is important to know how the bacterias are developing new resistance mechanisms.
Is important for the pharmacology because is a open door for try to make new drugs that doesn’t allow the microorganism can become stronger.
The investigation show us one of the consequences of the mistakes we’ve made when we use drugs without any prescription and control and maybe, we don’t finalize the treatment. Is necessary to create new knowledges about the medicament’s use in all the people and then, the microorganisms won’t create new forms of resistance
Is a interesting work, because we can think about investigate other patologies relacionated with the transmission between animals and humans.
