RAFFLErulesBy purchasing a raffle ticket, you agree to the following rules:

1. The purchase price for one online raffle ticket is $20.00. An indefinite number of raffle tickets will be sold. Many will enter, four will win.

2. The Raffle is open to persons residing in the contiguous United States.

3. Raffle tickets can be purchased online at www.CatholicCharitiesWichita.org until Friday, July 20th at 5:00 PM CST. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase at the Bags to Riches event on Wednesday, July 25th 2018 from 5:30 until approximately 7:30 PM CST. The price for one raffle ticket (at the event) is $20.00 or 6 for $100.00. Registration for event is required.

4. All entry purchases are final and non-refundable

5. Original printed raffle ticket will be mailed to Entrant. The stub will be retained by Catholic Charities and entered into the drawing.

6. The winners of the raffle will be determined by random drawing on Wednesday, July 25th 2018 at approximately 7:30 PM CST at Catholic Charities’ Bags to Riches Event.

7. Entrant(s) do not need to be present to win. An attempt to contact winners via phone will be made during the event, if the winner is not present.

8. Prize(s) will be shipped to winner(s) who live outside the Wichita Metro-Area. Local winner(s) must claim their prize(s) from the Bags to Riches event on July 25th 2018 or the Catholic Charities Administration Office, located at 437 N. Topeka St., Wichita KS, after the event.

9. Raffle winners must claim their prize(s) within 14 days of the drawing. If the winner does not claim their prize(s) within 14 days of the drawing, the prize will be forfeited.

10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

11. Winner(s) agree to allow Catholic Charities – Diocese of Wichita to publish their names and photographs on the CC website and social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.)

The amount of your deduction that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of the amount contributed over the estimated value of the goods or services provided to you in return. All raffle prizes have a fair market value in excess of $499.00. The tax-deductible amount for a non-winning ticket is $20.00. The tax-deductible amount for winning tickets are $0.00.

Raffle is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.

Event ticket must be purchased to attend Catholic Charities Bags to Riches on July 25th, 2018 at Distillery 244 Old Town.
