CELLULITE DIETHow To Get Rid of Cellulite
Cellulite is deposited fat, but it differs from usual fat deposits. It appears in the fibrous connective tissue region of skin.
It’s not easy for the body to reach inside that part of the skin to look for
energy reserves to burn.
It’s like fat has cocooned itself and has no
intention of coming out.

Stand tall, place a plate under one foot, and slowly lean to the side. Be very careful not to go too fast because you can easily go all the way to a split.
The good thing here is that controlling every muscle in our legs enables us to direct more effort toward our inner thighs.

Final positionStarting position
Stand upright on one leg and lift the one as far as you can to the side. Watch the position of your foot. While you’re raising your leg to the side, make sure that your heel is going up first and not your toes. This is very important because it helps you lock your hip, which then engages just your outer thighs.
When you can easily do 10-12 repetitions, you can put some weights on your ankles.

This is similar to a standard lunge, but you just go to the side instead of straight ahead. Start with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms in front of you or crossed on your shoulders with your elbows facing in front of you. In a steady, controlled motion, step to the side and put your weight on that leg
and slowly come back to your starting position.

Stand tall, with your feet shoulder-width apart, your toes pointing slightly to the side, arms crossed on your shoulders, and elbows pointing in front and slightly upward. Bend your knees like you want to sit on
a chair, paying attention not to bend your back. Your knees should remain aligned with your toes and follow the direction of your toes as you bend them. Always look up because if you look down, you’ll
probably bend your back. Go to the position where your hamstrings are parallel to the floor.

Bring your feet together, straighten your knees, and go down with weights in your hands. Do not bend your knees, keep your back straight, push your hips back as far as you can, and then stand up. It’s very
important to look in front of you at all times. Don’t look down. Do not max out your reps with this one–seventy percent should be more than enough.

These are similar to lunges, only here your back leg is on a bench or Pilates ball. Bring your back knee down as far as you can, as close to the floor as possible without touching the floor. Your back should remain straight, your front knee shouldn’t move past the line of your front toes, and you should look
straight in front of you.
