CharacteristicsThis small Climat - a little more than one hectare is located in an exceptionalplace among the white Côte de Beaune stars.It is called Blanchot because its soil is made of white stones coming from thescree slope overhanging this premier cru.

Wine makingLike all our premiers crus, this wine is aged in French oak barrels during 18months before bottling.
