Spicy BBQ Salad- How to Cook Spice BBQ Salad ( Yam Gai Yang ) -
Mix all “spice A” and put chicken and marinate it for an hour in the fridge.
Slice cucumber, tomato, onion, and chop celery coarsely
Put “spice B” (lime juice, fish sauce, white sugar, Thai chili paste* and a pinch of chili) in a bowl and mix them well
Grill the marinated chicken well, then slice it nicely
Add the sliced vegetables in the “spice B” bowl and mix them gently
