Carboxylic amidesP 0320 An Efficient Synthesis of Enamides from Ketones. — A variety of cyclic and acy-

clic enamides is prepared in two steps from ketones via intermediate ketoximes with the reductive acylation step proceeding in the presence of PEt3 as mediator. The method is also applied to the chiral substrate [cf. (VIII)].
