Genesis 1: 20-23
“In the Beginning: Black Bird”
Spiritual Principle: Afternoon Depending on God is not always an easy decision. There may have been times today that you felt you were swimming against the current or that the force of gravity was especially heavy, weighing you down. In the time of weariness and need is the time to press further into God and depend on God more. In the afternoon hour, ask God to draw closer to you. In the tough patches, God can do mighty things through you; just trust in God and lean into God’s understanding. And remember, keep looking for the connection between each sermon and let me know what you think!
