EnergyCAPThe largest city in Florida has selected the

best-selling EnergyCAP energy management softwarefor city-wide utility bill management.

EnergyCAP will be funded by theEnergy Efficiency & Conservation Block Grant.

EnergyCAP will interface withIBM Maximo, the City’s asset management system,

as well as ENERGY STAR’s Portfolio Manager.

EnergyCAP will receive electronic billing datafrom utilities such as JEA, Beaches Energy,

the Town of Baldwin, and the cities ofAtlantic Beach and Neptune Beach.

Auditing

Benchmarking

Savings analysis

Greenhouse gas tracking

Reporting
