WORK ORDER PRIORITIZATION
• Priority 1 – Within 1 hour
• Flooding, loss of power
• Priority 2 – Within 24 hours
• Hot/cold calls, flashing light, noisy unit, door hardware
• Priority 3 – Within 2-5 days
• Example: lights out - depends on how many lights and if a lift is required
• Priority 4 – Within 3 - 4 weeks
• Picture hanging, work on tenant equipment (billable), and picture
hanging

DEMAND MAINTENANCE
• In the past Facilities has heavily focused on
demand work orders.
• Now, we have moved to a Preventative
Maintenance Model.
