Lessons learned so far… • Set own percise goals with the management solution – will ease all further decisions (tendering,
planning process etc). • Environmental goals, time limits, budget, list uncontrollable obstacles
• Collect a monitoring group with representatives from several city departments
• Representatives from eg. city construction, city planning, economic planning, construction inspection, environment
• Keep the group small and set a clear task and time period for the group
– Provision of knowledge on suitable site (technical, environmental, historical etc. other facts) – Support in planning and implementation in general – Guidance through official decision-making and other procedures – Provision of financial support
… by this committing civil servants/ departments to natural storm water work, spreading the thoughts within the city… and highlighting the issues in general during several occasions
