CONDITION WITH THE NATURAL FOREST / GRASS GROUNDCOVER LEFT INTACT. THIS RESTRICTION SHALL RUN
WITH THE LAND AND BE BINDING ON THE PRESENT AND ALL FUTURE OWNERS AND/OR LESSEES.
8. ALL MATERIALS WITH CONSTRUCTION PROCEDURES SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH PADOT PUBLICATION 408
SPECIFICATIONS AND APPLICABLE RC CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS, AS AMENDED.
9. ALL HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE PARKING, CURB, CUTS, RAMS, SIGNAGE, AND WALKWAYS SHALL MEET ALL
APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS FROM THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) AND THE PENNSYLVANIA
UNIVERSAL ACCESSIBILITY ACT.
10. CLEAR SIGHT TRIANGLES SHALL BE PROVIDED WHERE DRIVEWAY INTERSECT STREETS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE
STANDARDS BELOW.
11. CLEAR SIGHT TRIANGLES (AS SHOWN ON THIS PLAN) SHALL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
A. BE MEASURED ALONG STREET AND DRIVEWAY CENTER LINES, FROM THEIR POINT OF INTERSECTION
B. FOR DRIVEWAYS, THE DIMENSIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE CLASSIFICATION OF STREET BEING
