CASE STUDY: ESSEX COUNTY CLERK Location: Hall of Records, Newark NJ Contact: Hon. Christopher J. Durkin, County Clerk Scope of Project: 24 Workstations and Seating Project Description: When the Hon. Christopher J. Durkin took office, one of his first priorities was to revamp the County Clerk’s office to bet-ter serve the public and provide a professional work environment for his employees. After a detailed needs-analysis, County Business Systems recommended the AIS Matrix furniture system in order to accommodate a variety of applications required by the Clerk. Stations were designed specifically for the Elections Division, the Passport and ID Division, as well as various administrative and private offices.

Project Description: When the Camden County Superior Court’s Probation Department needed to relocate into a new facility, they were in need of furniture dealer with product that was able to meet multiple needs County Business Systems along with the AIS product was able to assure a successful outcome, while being able to meet those needs by offering one of the fastest delivery lead time in the industry while providing affordability and quality. While doing this we were able to provide the outstanding customer service and attention to detail that our customers have come to rely on .
