For this Lab, we were able to analyze different companies and their stocks and displayed their

progress/regress on Microsoft Excel.

After designing a webpage using HTML format, we learned how to use

Notepad++ and Secure File Transfer in order to put our

work into the Public Domain.

Making Information Available to the World with HTML and Web Pages

We created a Microsoft Word document that we were able to turn a into a webpage.

Desktop Publishing with MS Word

Using Alice, we were able to use loops, parameters, and other program

functions in order to create a fully functional clock.

Visual Programming with Alice

Using JavaScript, we designed a format on Notepad++ using variables and functions so that when you click on

buttons on our webpage, it is able to do total’s and send an alert pop-up window.

Dynamic Webpage Programming with JavaScript

Information Technology (IT) fluency including proficiency with certain computer

applications (traditional computer literacy), principles on which you can build new understanding as IT evolves, high-level

reasoning and IT problem solving, and basic web programming (HTML and JavaScript).

Using Microsoft PowerPoint, we put together a slideshow using techniques such as graphs and

charts in order to create a display of our projected salaries and

spending budgets.
