BACKGROUND
eBay, the world’s leading
ecommerce company, wanted to
provide access for employees with
iPhones to its internal SharePoint
portal.
PROJECT
Slalom Consulting designed and built
integration to a new SharePoint mobile app
while following eBay’s strict security
standards, as well as worked with a third-
party mobile development platform vendor
throughout the project.
RESULTS
Completed in multiple phases over nine months,
the project enabled eBay employees to access
the information they need while on the go through
any iOS-based device. eBay turned to Slalom for
additional mobility strategy work soon afterwards.
