7) Who does she imitate?
Norma gramatical Ejemplo
En frases afirmativas…
I AM
You / We / They ARE
He / She / It IS
I AM from Mataró.

Dear diary,
My life is a routine. I can’t stand it!!
I always get up at seven o’clock, I have a shower for ten minutes, I get dressed in ten minutes more.
Then I have the breakfast: brown coffee, a toast with butter and some cereals.
When it is quarter to eight, I go out home and I go to the bus station. It is near my house. At eight
o’clock the bus comes in. and I go to work.
After, at half past twelve I have lunch: a little cheese and ham sandwich and two pieces of fruit.
Then, I return to work until five o’clock.
I arrive at home at six o’clock.
Finally, I have supper at half past seven and I go to bed at half past eight.
I want to change my life!!!

My life is the same as when you were here: I have my English classes every Tuesday and

I You + ARE + verbo acabado en - ing
We They
He
+ IS + verbo acabado en - ing She
it
I am writing a letter right now
NOW
Siempre que aparecen, el verbo debe
ponerse en Present Continuos
RIGHT NOW
AT THIS MOMENT
JUST NOW

YESTERDAY
Yesterday,
All my troubles seemed so far away,
Now it looks as though they're here to stay,
Oh, I believe in yesterday.
Suddenly,
I'm not half the man I used to be,
There's a shadow hanging over me,
Oh, yesterday came suddenly.
Why she
Had to go I don't know, she wouldn't say.
I said,
Something wrong, now I long for yesterday.
Yesterday,
Love was such an easy game to play,
Now I need a place to hide away,
Oh, I believe in yesterday.
The Beatles

VENTAJAS
Yesterday
AGO
LAST
Day
Two days/ three days… Night
A week Week
A month Month
A year / two years… year
I / He / She / It was You / We / They were

YESTERDAY II
Auxiliar + Sujeto + Verbo principal + Complementos
DID (DO)
HAD (HAVE)
I, you, we, they, he, she, it
(da igual que sujeto se use;
se usa el mismo auxiliar)
Sin –ed, ni –s final porque la
información de pasado la marca el
auxiliar
WAS
WERE (BE)
I / He / She / I
You/ We / They
Ejemplos:
Did Michael play football on Saturday?
Had you got any brother or sisters?
Was your mother at the hospital last week? / were you yesterday at the
cinema?

OTRO PASADO DIFERENTE
I have known Robbie Williams since 1990, when he was singing in a boy band: Take That.
But he separated from Take That in 1994. He has got a single career since 1996- 2011. He lately
has rejoined with his group, Take That.
He has received many awards and prizes. He has been a number one singer for almost 10
years. His last album was called Reality killed the video star.
Apart from his successes, Robbie Williams has got many problems with drugs, alcohol and
depression. His fans, however, have got a lot of patience and they are at his side, supporting him.
They haven’t let him down.
