(*Depending on the number of teams who commit to attend, the JV tournament may be moved to Dixie Middle School, directly south of the high school across the athletic compound. This will allow both tournaments to expand the number of wrestling mats to accommodate more teams.)

Tuesday, December 11TH 2018 – All teams will receive an online link to enter their wrestlers informationforthetournamentthroughwww.trackwrestling.com. The link will be sent to the head coach withaloginandpassword.CoacheswillhaveuntilThursdayat11:00pmMSTtoenterallwrestlersandmake any changes needed.
Friday, December 14TH 2018–WeighinswillbeconductedbyeachcoachattheirschoolonFridaymorning.Allweighinformsneedtobefaxedore-mailtotheTournamentDirectorby10:00 am. Scales will be available at 1:00 pmtothoseschoolsthatarrivedinSt.GeorgeonThursdaynightorwantto weigh in at Dixie High. Coaches meeting will be held at 1:30 pm. Wrestling will start at 3:00 pm.
Weigh-insforthefollowingdaywilloccurafterthelastroundofwrestlingoftheevening.Toexpeditetheprocess,wrestlerswillbecalledinorderofweightclassasthelastroundisinsession,afterallthematchesinthatparticularweightclasshavebeencompleted.
Saturday, December 15TH 2018 – Wrestling will start at 9:00 am. There will be no morning weight in.Wrestlingwillrunstraightthroughuntilcompletion.Awardswilltakeplaceattheconclusionofthechampionshipfinals.
Coaches:-LunchanddinnerwillbeprovidedonFriday.AlightabreakfastandlunchwillbeprovidedonSaturday.
Weigh ins: Friday Dec. 14TH – Weigh-inswillbedoneathomeschoolwithweigh-informsbeing e-mailedorfaxedtoTournamentDirectorby10:00 am. Weigh-ins for second day will be done at the completion of the final round of the evening for each weight class. SaturdayDec.15TH–Therewillbenoweigh-inonthisday.
