ESTABLISHMENT OF NEW AERODROME NAME LOMBOK INTERNATIONAL - PRAYA ASSOCIATED WITH
THE ATS AIRSPACE AND FLIGHT PROCEDURES 1. Introduction
New aerodrome Lombok International Airport construction in Praya has been completed and be operated immediately to replace Selaparang Airport in Mataram, traffic are predicted will be increased particulary in facing pilgrim season.
2. This AIRAC AIP Supplement will cancel the AIC number 01/09 dated
05 October 2009.
3. Operation Procedure
3.1 As from 01 October 2011 at 02.00 all incoming and outgoing aircraft shall use new Lombok International Airport – Praya.
3.2 Selaparang Airport – Mataram will be closed totally as from 30
September 2011 at 10.00, all flight aircraft destination Selaparang-Mataram which intend to remain over night at Selaparang must regulate the schedule and accord to the time line of the Selaparang’s aerodrome closure.
3.2 Praya Approach Control Unit temporarily combined with Lombok Aerodrome Control Tower on frequency 118.55 MHz and 118.95 as a secondary frequency.

WADL AD 2.20 LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
2.20.1 Airport Regulation
2.20.1.1 The meaning of markings and signs :
1. Pilot while taxing Aircraft into a parking stand Nr. 4 and 6 shall stop the aircraft immediately, if he sees that the docking system is not switched on or is unserviceable or when it shows a different aircraft type.
2. Aircraft type indication
a. Confirm aircraft type displayed prior to turning into stand. b. Discontinue docking when wrong aircraft type is illuminated. (aircraft marshaled shall recheck system or marshall aircraft into stand)

2.20.1.3 VISUAL DOCKING PARKING GUIDANCE SYSTEM AT AIRCRAFT STANDS
1. The RLG visual docking guidance system is installed at parking stand Nr. 5 and 7.
2. The system is aligned for interpretation by the pilot in the left hand seat. 3. Aircraft identification marking on aircraft docking guidance system operate for
by Nr. 5 and 7. 4. Use of Aircraft ID sign, TWY guide lines and visual docking / parking guidance
system of Aircraft stands. 5. Taxiing guidance sign at all intersection with TWY and RWY at all holding
positions. Guidance at apron nose-in. 6. Marking Aids THR touchdown zone, centerline, side stripe, TWY destinations,
TWR, centerline, taxi holding positions all taxiways, apron guide lines for position of aircraft parking.
7. Stop bars where appropriate. 2.20.1.4 PROCEDURE FOR START-UP AND PUSHBACK OF AIRCRAFT
1. Ground crew must ensure that the area behind and Aircraft is clear of vehicles, equipment and other obstruction before the start-up or pushback of Aircraft commence.
2. When the pilot is ready for start-up and pushback. He shall seek confirmation from the ground crew and there is no hazard to this Aircraft starting up. He shall notify to Tower Controller that he is ready for pushback. On being told by LOMBOK Tower that pushback is approved he shall coordinate with the ground crew for the start-up and pushback of the Aircraft.
3. The following table describes the procedure for the pushback of Aircraft from the various parking bays. When it becomes necessary to vary a procedure to expedite Aircraft movements. LOMBOK Tower will issue specific instructions to the pilot.
4. Aircraft shall be push back to face north than towed until west of Parking stand Nr. 1 and 2, cleared to start engine there and there shall be no simultaneous push back.
5. Aircraft shall be push back to face north than towed until east of Parking stand Nr. 9 and 10, cleared to start engine there and there shall be no simultaneous push back.
6. Aircraft parking at stand Nr. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, push back and start engines normally
7. Taxy procedure follow guidance line at own discretion until holding point Alpha or Bravo.

1. Altimeter Setting Procedures 1.1 This ICAO altimeter setting procedures shall be used by all aircraft operating within
Lombok International ATZ, QNH provided in milibars and inches available on request. 1.2 Transition Altitude 11,000 feet transition level FL130.
2. Communication Procedures
All aircraft within Lombok International Airport ATZ and CTR shall be equipped with radio capable of conducting and maintaining two way communication with Lombok International Tower / Approach Control Office.
3. Communication Failure Procedures 3.1 Visual Meteorological Condition (VMC) 3.1.1 Continue fly in VMC
3.1.2 Fly full circuit over the aerodrome, pilot shall be endeavor or to transmit blindy his position, intention and etc, so as to be monitored by tower or any other traffic Lombok International ATZ and CTR.

3.2 Instrument Meteorological Condition (IMC) 3.2.1 Proceed according to current flightplan to the appropriate designated navigation
and serving Lombok International Aerodrome and when required to ensure compliance with (8.2.2) below, hold over this aid until commencent of descent.
3.2.2 Commence descent from navigation aid specified in (9.2.1) or as close a possible to ETA as indicated in the filled flightplan and revised accordance with current flight plan.
3.2.3 Land if possible with in thirty minutes after the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)
4. Aerodrome Traffic Circuit procedures 4.1 Take Off and Landing
