As a participant of ECF's one-year educational program for cultural managers 'ArtPlatform,' I was given an opportunity not only to attend lectures on cultural policy but also to get acquainted with cultural institutions which specialize in production and exhibiting visual art projects. As a final work of this course, I've designed a project which was supposed to encourage artists in regions of Belarus.
