Create this goofy headgear towear during the Silly Games.You’ll need:

• Brown paper sack• The newspaper• Construction paper• Tape / glue stick• Scissors

The frigid fun begins withthis ceremonial event.

Give each participant anice cream cone with onescoop of their favorite

flavor. The winner is theperson who can finish

their cone with thefewest licks and drips.

Roll the paper bag down a fewinches to create a brim.

Cut out long strips of newspaper andconstruction paper.

Roll the strips around a pencil to make themcurly and bouncy. Tape or glue the ends ofthe strips to the top of the hat.

Cut out pictures or comic characters fromthe newspaper and paste them on your hat.
