Please register with us at least 3-days before the commencement of course - to avoid any delay in your admission to your course.

[IMPORTANT] The college reserves the rights to revise the composition of lecturing team, timetable, delivery mode of classes should unforeseen circumstances arise. Revision classes are scheduled in the month of May 2018. Minimum 10 students are required for each Full-Time ACCA paper to commence. Revision classes would be a combined course with both full and part-time mode, and classes could be scheduled with a combination of weekend, weekdays evenings or weekdays classes. You are responsible to enrol into ACCA exam yourself. If you need assistance - speak to our ACCA coordinator/adviser.

Merit Award Scheme (Basic Terms & Conditions)
1. The scheme is applicable to all MCKL’s ACCA students except those currently eligible for scholarships or financial aids.
2. The rebate is used to off-set the course fee for the succeeding semester and is not allowed to be deferred or carried forward. Cash Refund is only allowed if you have completed your ACCA programme (at MCKL).
Illustration 1: John has scored 82 marks for Paper LW (F4) and 77 marks for Paper TX (F6) in June 2019’s exam. John has paid tuition fee of RM1,200 for each of his paper. Therefore, he will get back a rebate of RM600 and RM300. These rebates can be used to offset tuition fees for July 2019’s semester. Rebate cannot be stacked or accumulated. Therefore, John shall enrol for 2 papers to utilise both rebate vouchers or else, it will be forfeited as rebate cannot be deferred or transferred.
Illustration 2: Mary has scored 68 marks for Paper ATX (P6) and 75 marks for Paper AFM (P4) in June 2019’s exam. Mary has paid tuition fee of RM1,400 for each of her paper. Therefore, she will get back rebate of RM700 and RM1,050. Mary has completed all her ACCA papers in June 2019. Therefore, the total amount of RM1,750 are refunded to Mary as cash payment.
3. There is no refund of cash or deferment of rebate, if the rebate value exceeds the tuition fee.
4. Student must be enrolling for min 2 ACCA subjects and attempting exam for 2 papers per exam session to qualify for the Merit Award Scheme. Student must pass the specific paper in the relevant exam session to qualify for rebate. For example: If you enrol for Jan 2019 intake, to qualify for rebate, you have to pass the specific paper in June 2019 exam.
5. Eligible student shall claim your REBATE voucher within 14 days from date of the release of ACCA results. (If ACCA result is released on 15th January, you shall claim the rebate voucher, latest on 29th January)
6. Methodist College Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions, or to discontinue this award scheme, at any point in time and when it is deemed necessary without any prior notice.

Terms and Conditions
1. Applicants should be in full time mode and below the age of 25 before the date of application. 2. Only Cambridge A Level / STPM / Australian Year 12 / UEC results within 2 years from
commencement date are accepted. 3. ACCA Merit Scholarships are applicable for tuition fees waiver on F1 to F3 papers (AB, MA,
FA) only. 4. Applicants must have submitted their Application for Admission forms and paid the application
fee and admission deposit before they can be considered for this scholarship. 5. Applicants are only eligible to apply for scholarship in the first semester. The scholarship
application needs to be done before the end of the first semester. 6. Applicants may apply for more than one MCKL scholarships/ financial aid at any one time but
will have to choose only one if more than one award is offered. 7. Successful applicants are required to pay the first semester fees in full upon acceptance of
the award before the commencement of the semester. 8. Students who have not fully settled their semester fees are not entitled to any scholarship
reimbursement in the subsequent semester. 9. The award will be disbursed on a semester by semester basis. 10. Recipients must not be on any scholarship, financial aid or sponsorship from any registered
organization at the time of application. Should they accept any scholarship, financial aid or sponsorship for their studies in MCKL from any registered organization, they are obliged to inform the Registrar in writing of the source and amount of the award within two (2) weeks of the award date. The College reserves the right to adjust the quantum of the MCKL scholarship received.
11. In the event that the recipient withdraws from the programme, is suspended or expelled by the College, at any point of time before the completion of the programme, this award shall automatically be revoked.
12. Any refund of fees is subject to the Terms and Conditions as stated in the Program Handbook. 13. The College reserves the right to involve recipients in interviews, advertisements, photography
or publicity-related activities for the purpose of promoting MCKL as a leading education institution.
14. Merit Scholarship recipients may be required to assist/participate in various activities organised by the College, up to a maximum of 20 hours per programme.
15. This award is given at the sole discretion of the College. Applicants are not guaranteed approval of the scholarships upon fulfilling the conditions set.
16. This award is not transferable or redeemable for cash and does not include external examination fees (if applicable) or text books.
