municipalities of Oriental Mindoro through (i) theintroduction of an enhanced social case managementsystem that integrates the use of social welfare indicatorsand information and communication technology and (ii)increased access to converged social services through theelectronic social case managements built-in referral

DOHs Watching over Mothers andBabies (WOMB) Project:
Aims to support the Maternal, Neonatal and ChildHealth and Nutrition (MNCHN) Program to lower maternaland neonatal mortality. This project introduces an ICT-enabled system that supports (i) enrolment of expectant
mothers and neonates, (ii) schedules and records thematernal and child health care services provided them and(iii) monitors their progress.

PHICs Strengthening andGuaranteeing Insurance for the Poor
(SAGIP) Project: Aims to proactively enable its poor members to
sustain their health insurance coverage through (i) a
system of alerts and actions to remind them of theirpayments and help them sustain their membership and(ii) an automated system to improve access of poormembers to claims and other PhilHealth servicefacilities.
