Friends, I invite you to join our study of Luther’s small catechism during the Sunday School hour in Felger Hall. Each DVD in this study is led by Dr. James Nestigen of the North American Lutheran Church. This is a very enjoyable and enriching study. Please join us! You are also invited to join a small group study on Luther’s LARGE Catechism. The LARGE catechism provides a rich summary of the basics of the Christian faith from a Lutheran perspective. Each small group will consist of just three to four people. The small size of each group will hopefully provide for a richer and fuller discussion of the text. If you are interested please contact me. As this year comes to a close, I want to thank the members of our church council, especially our outgoing members, for providing solid leadership during this year. God bless you for your service. Yours in Christ,
Pastor Jim

Thank you to Pastor Jim and my church family for your visits, pray-
ers, calls and cards following my surgery. It is a blessing to have such kind and caring friends and I appreciate all your thoughts and prayers. Nyle Ruth Leshikar
Thank you to our dear church family and friends for the well wishes,
cards, prayers, and phone calls during my recovery from surgery in October. I'm doing very well with a quick recovery. David has also recovered from his injury as well. We appreciate all the kindness and love shown to us during this time. With Love and God's Blessing, David & Tiffany Ballard
Crossroads Christian School currently has 120 students! Thank you
for welcoming us! We are grateful for the donation from FELC as we have been able to use a portion of the donation towards Kore Design active sitting chairs for our students that need motor movement. We also awarded one worthy student with a scholarship so she could continue going to school. As a sophomore, she is currently in her 2nd year of dual credit courses through us at Victoria College. She is taking 10 hours at VC, focusing on her double major, while enrolled in our AP courses. She is also a member of our Medical Society Fellowship. We couldn’t think of a more deserving student! We thank you for your continued support. We are making a difference! Our Christmas Play is scheduled for Thursday December 8th, 2016 in your beautiful sanctuary. Thank you again for making us feel welcome! Shannon Mitchamore & Jennifer Garnett
We would like to thank all of you for the cards, visits, memorials,
and prayers after the loss of my dad, Billy Sproles. We are truly blessed to be a part of such a caring church family. God's Blessings to you all, Jeff and Kathleen Sproles
