Background Information PEX14 (peroxisomal biogenesis factor 14) is a peroxisomal membrane protein that is essential for protein dockingonto the peroxisomes. It is a central component of the peroxisimal matrix protein import machinery and interactswith PEX5 and PEX19. PEX14 is ubiquitously expressed and defects in PEX14 are the cause of peroxisome biogenesisdisorder complementation group K (PBD-CGK). This antibody can be used to detect endogenous PEX14 with anapparent molecular weight of 57 kDa (PMID: 16449325; 9653144) and recognize peroxisomal structures in human,monkey and mouse cells.

Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGEfollowed by western blot with 10594-1-AP (PEX14antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at roomtemperature for 1.5 hours.

Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol)fixed HepG2 cells using 10594-1-AP (PEX14antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer using 10594-1-AP(PEX14 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 10xlens).

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer using 10594-1-AP(PEX14 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 (under 40xlens).

IP Result of anti-PEX14 (IP:10594-1-AP, 3ug;Detection:10594-1-AP 1:500) with mouse livertissue lysate 4000ug.
