Worthy Chief Counselor
Constitution Defined National: It shall be the duty of the Worthy Chief Counselor to call meetings to order at the appointed time; to preside over
meetings; to decide points of order; to preserve decorum; to enforce the Constitution, Bylaws, and House Rules (where
applicable); to levy all fines; to act in all ways as the chief executive of the Chapter; and to turn over to that persons
successor all documents and property belonging to the office.

Worthy Vice Counselor
Constitution Defined National: It shall be the duty of the Worthy Vice Counselor to assist the Worthy Chief Counselor; perform all the duties and
exercise all the authority of the Worthy Chief Counselor in his or her absence; and to deliver to that persons successor all
documents and property belonging to the office.

Worthy Correspondent
Constitution Defined National: It shall be the duty of the Worthy Correspondent to receive all incoming correspondence; to prepare and mail all
outgoing correspondence; to coordinate and submit to the proper per-sons all materials for the Achievement Award
Program; and to deliver to that persons successor all documents be-longing to the office.
Chapter: It shall be the duty of the Worthy Correspondent to receive all incoming correspondence; to prepare and mail all
outgoing correspondence; to ensure that every Beta Alpha Collegiate Brother is informed about National Office or inter-
chapter business; and to coordinate and submit to the proper persons all materials for the Achievement Award Program.

Worthy Keeper of Records & Seals
Constitution Defined National: It shall be the duty of the Worthy Keeper of Records & Seals to keep a complete record of all the proceedings; to
preserve manuscripts and records of the Chapter; to maintain a collection of chapter publications; to call the roll at each
meeting; to perform all other duties pertaining to the office; and to deliver to that persons successor all documents and
property belonging to the office. The WKRS shall arrange for the upkeep of the Chapter's library of publications and archives
of documents.
Chapter: It shall be the duty of the Worthy Keeper of Records & Seals to keep a complete record of all the proceedings; to
preserve manuscripts and records of the Chapter; to maintain a collection of chapter publications; to call the roll at eachmeeting; to keep the most up-to-date contact information of the Beta Alpha Collegiate Brothers consisting of mailing
addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses, to ensure that every Beta Alpha Collegiate Brother is informed about Beta
Alpha Collegiate Chapter business and to perform all other duties pertaining to the office. The WKRS shall arrange for the
upkeep of the Chapter's library of publications and archives of documents.

Chapter; and to deliver to that persons successor all documents and property belonging to the office.

Worthy Prelate
Constitution Defined National;: It shall be the duty of the Worthy Pre-late to conduct and supervise inspirational and memorial exercises.
Chapter: It shall be the duty of the Worthy Prelate to conduct and supervise inspirational and memorial exercises; to take
charge in publishing the official Beta Alpha Collegiate Chapter publication known as the Beta Alpha Particle on the first
Monday of October, December, March, and May of each year; and to ensure that every collegiate brother receives a copy of
the current issue of a Beta Alpha Particle.
