PARKING NARRATIVE:
ALL PARKING ON THE SITE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF 1 ADA VAN STALL AND1 ADA STALL LOCATED WITH ELECTRIC PLUG IN CHARGING UNITS AT THEMAIN DRIVE ON THE WEST END OF THE PROPERTY IS TO BE VALETPARKING WITH AN AUTOMATED PARKPLUS SYSTEM UTILIZING BOTHSTACKED AND OVERHEAD PARKING STALLS. PER CBC REQUIREMENTS,10% OF THESE STALLS ARE TO BE EQUIPPED WITH ELECTRICAL CHANGINGUNITS FOR A TOTAL OF 24 STALLS (9 IN THE NORTH GARAGE, 15 IN THESOUTH GARAGE), YEILDING A TOTAL EVA CHARGING CAPACITY OF 26STATIONS FOR THE ENTIRE SITE.
HOTEL GUEST AND STAFF SHALL BRING THEIR VEHICLES ONTO THEPROPERTY ENTERING OFF OF GRIMMER BOULEVARD AND PROCEEDTOWARDS THE CANOPY AT THE DESIGNATED VALET AREA ON THE EASTSIDE OF THE TRAFFIC CIRCLE. THEY WILL THEN BE MET BY A VALET TEAMMEMBER WHO WILL ASSIST THEM WITH EXITING THEIR VEHICLE. THEVALET WILL THEN MOVE THE VEHICLE FROM THE VALET AREA AND PLACETHE VEHICLE INTO THE ASSIGNED PLATFORM / NESTING SPACE. WHENTHE VEHICLE OWNER RETURNS TO RETRIEVE THE VEHICLE, THEY WILLTHEN PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE PROOF / TICKET AND THE VALET WILLREMOVE THE VEHICLE FROM THE PLATFORM / NESTING AREA AND DRIVETHE VEHICLE BACK TO THE VALET CANOPY AREA TO THE OWNER.
