Wedding soup is a bouillon (beef) with noodles, balls of semolina, meat and vegetables.
You can buy a sachet (Maggi, Knorr).
Put the content in 1 l of boiling waterLet it cook for 8 minutes. Stir it up.
Ingredients :
16 small fillets of chicken breast (boneless and skinless) about 300 gram sliced mushrooms ( a tin of mushrooms) about 300 gram pieces of boiled asparagus (a tin) about 200 gram boiled green peas (a tin) 2 cubes of chicken bouillon or vegetable stock ½ l water salt, some traces of pepper, juice of ½ lemon ½ cup of cream 50 g butter white sauce thickener fresh chopped parsley (If you are in a hurry you take 1 – 2 sachets of “Knorr
Hollandaise Butter Lemon” instead of the ingredients 7-10)
How to make Fricassee: boil the water with the bouillon cubes cube the chicken meat and add it to the chicken
bouillon cook it on low heat for about 8-10 minutes stir in a few pinches of salt and pepper and the
white sauce thickener, the lemon juice and at last the cream and the butter (use an eggbeater to avoid blobs!)
add the sliced mushrooms, the pieces of asparagus and the peas
let the fricassee steep and don’t forget to stir it up
serve it with white boiled rice and some finely chopped fresh parsley

Fruit Salad Remove the fruit peel. Cut the apples into quarters and cut them
into about 1 cm large pieces. Now cut the pears and the bananas into
strips and share them in pieces. Next, cut each piece of tangerine into halves. Put the curd cheese into a bowl and mix the
fruit pieces in. Sprinkle it with a little bit of sugar if you like
to and stir it up.
