What is the strategy ?• Involve the guest
in some competition games, to win free stay, get free points on their fidelity cards, share the Best Western page as maximum through their guests Facebook page.
I think they are creative because:
• The guests are really involved with the group.
• They share and publish a lot of posts/images/videos, also from their guests.
• Really active on Facebook, regular updates.
• Nice pictures & videos: the page is attractive
