How to make a:
Swabian Plum Cake
Ingredients:
-1 kg plums without stones- 150 g grounded almonds- 200 g breadcrumbs- 150 g sugar-1 teaspoon cinnamon- 50 g butter- 300 g flour- 200 g butter- 100 g sugar
Method:
Prepare the base from -300 g flour- 200 g butter- 100 g sugarKnead the ingredients together and roll the dough to the size of the baking tin about 4 mm thick
Cut the plums in halves and put themlike roof tiles on the baseSprinkle with ground cinnamon and sugar
Prepare the covering by mixing- 150 g ground almonds- 200 g breadcrumbs- 150 g sugar-1 teaspoon cinnamon
Add 2 tablespoons of apple juice and produce crumbles to cover the plums
Cover the plums as shown and add small pieces of butter on topBake for 60 minutes with 160°CLet the cake cool in the tinServe with whipped cream
