HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Successful applicants will be qualified to degree level inan HR related subject/equivalent qualifications or candemonstrate significant relevant senior level HRexperience. You will have extensive experience in anHR manager/ generalist role as well as evidence ofCIPD and continued professional development.
Advanced MS Office skills will be essential for successin this role as well as the ability to produce reports. Youwill be approachable and professional and haveexperience of TUPE regulations and new servicemobilisations or equivalent.
Totally plc are recruiting a HR Business Partner to work on a full time basis for a duration of 12month fixed term contract. We are looking for the successful candidate to join the business assoon as possible.
You will have responsibility for ensuring a HR business &customer focused service is delivered. You will provide HRleadership and management of HR to managers and employeesin a productive coaching style.You will be responsible fordelivering an HR advisory and support service that aligns to bestpractice and commercially focused HR solutions. You will provideHR leadership and advice for mobilisations and demobilisation ofcontracts, including TUPE and change managementprogrammes.
