Our staffed welcome desk acts as a reception for all
members, including greeting guests and notifying you via
email when your guests or visitors arrive. Guests are welcome
to visit Hub Customs House for up to 2 hours and can
purchase day passes at the welcome desk to stay for longer.

Hub Customs House has a dedicated high-speed fibre Wifi
connection with backup redundancy, and can offer additional
IT setup services including port and switch hire.

Hub Customs House has a range of premium meeting
spaces available to members. Each membership type is
allocated a differing amount of ‘coins’ to book these spaces
through our member portal. Limited non-bookable phone
booths are available on each level, and members can also
work in any of our stylish breakout spaces including the
café, library, and lounge areas.
Located moments from Circular Quay station, access to
ferries and eastern suburbs bus lines. Bike parking is also
located at the new Circular Quay light rail stop.
Working from National Hub Locations
Members with a Flexible 24/7, Dedicated Desk, or Office/
Suite membership are welcome to access any of our
interstate locations in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide.
Passes offering access between 9 am - 5 pm can be
booked via the member portal, and other membership
types are able to purchase a day pass. Hub Customs
House members are welcome to visit our other Sydney
site, Hub Hyde Park, by purchasing a day pass, and work
from the beautiful rooftop café and terrace space.
