Project Implementation Key Remarks and MilestonesProject Implementation Status Report and Milestones:
Technical design process is ongoing. Respecting the importance to follow up timeframe deadlines regarding construction works contracting mechanism under the IPA 2017, PE Srbijagas contracted the service of Project technical design, with the August 2019 contracted deadline for the final delivery –Technical Tender Dossier documentation.
Current status of Technical design: - Preparation and Geo examination works completed.- Conceptual design completed. - Enviroment Impact Assesment Study in progress.- Preliminary Design Completition pending on collecting

Status of Resolving property and legal issues on the gas pipeline route:
The court experts completed the field task on the route of the gas pipeline and provided all the findings / assessments - for about 2000 cadastral lots, on the territory of Dimitrovgrad, Bela Palanka, Pirot and Niš. Offers for compensation for damage to each owner of real estate are continuously being submitted to the relevant municipal administrations.
