the end point of NAIA Expressway Phase I to
PAGCOR Entertainment City.
It will provide access to NAIA Terminals 1, 2
and 3 as well as an interface with the Skyway
and Cavitex.
Will reduce travel time between Skyway and
Terminal 1 from 24 minutes to 8 minutes.
Will benefit 80,000 travelers per day.

McArthur Highway and C-3.
It will utilize the existing PNR railroad tracks that cut
across Valenzuela City & Malabon City.
Will decongest Metro Manila by providing access to
NLEX without passing through EDSA or the
Balintawak Toll Plaza and improve movement of
cargo between NLEX and Radial Road 10.

Will reduce travel time between Clark and
Calamba from 3 hours to 1 hour and 40

Will decongest EDSA and other major roads
in Metro Manila (e.g., Quezon Ave., Araneta
Ave., Nagtahan, Quirino Ave) by as much as
55,000 vehicles daily.
Will reduce travel time from Buendia to
Balintawak from 2 hours to 15 to 20 minutes

towards Laguna de Bay, intersecting Ortigas
extension at Tikling intersection in Antipolo
City midway, crossing Marcos Highway and
terminating in Batasan Complex.

Batangas to Lucena, Quezon from 4 hrs to 1
hour.

180 kilometer expressway that will start
about two (2) kilometers from the end of
the proposed TR-4 project and will end
before the start of the proposed
Camarines Sur Expressway.
To provide a direct and fast route
between both provinces, the trade of
goods will also prosper not only between
Quezon and Bicol but also in the
Northern part of Luzon because travel
time for trucks will be reduced.

Gil Puyat Avenue passing through the Makati
Avenue and Paseo de Roxas intersections.

It will relieve traffic congestion along EDSA,
Kalayaan Ave and Osmena Highway in Makati
City and nearby C-5 Road, Pres Quirino Ave and
Roxas Boulevard.

Four (4) lane 2nd level flyover along Gov.

It also involves the construction of a 433 lm
down ramp along Dimasalang St. and road

Construction of a 4-lane 3rd Level Flyover at
the intersection of EDSA and Taft Ave.
It starts between F.B. Harrison and Roxas
Blvd. and ends from near approach of Tramo
left turning flyover on EDSA. 1,696 m
(Northbound), 1,046 m (Southbound).
Travel time will be reduced by half to cross the
intersection.
Project Cost: P2.70 B ($54.01 M)
DPWH has put the project on hold to give way
to the construction of NAIA Expressway Phase
II.

1,844 m - 4 lane viaduct along C-5/Katipunan
Avenue, Quezon City
Travel time in Katipunan and CP Garcia will
be reduced by 80%.
Will mitigate vehicle congestion in the C-
5/Katipunan areas since the viaduct will cater
all the thru traffic skipping the choke points
along the Ateneo and Miriam schools, and the
intersection of CP Garcia Avenue, as well as
UP Town Center.

facilities, and slope stabilization works.
Traverses the municipalities of Balagtas, Guiguinto,

connects NLEX in Balagtas, Bulacan with Maharlika
Highway in San Rafael, Bulacan.
Will reduce average travel time between Burol,
Balagtas and Maasim, San Rafael in Bulacan from 69
minutes to 24 minutes.
Will benefit 15,132 motorists per day.

The rehabilitation of super structure of Quezon
Bridge, along Quezon Boulevard Extension has
major scope of work underneath the steel bridge
which involved sand blasting, replacement of fire
damaged structural components and painting of
structural steel members, installation of carbon
fiber.
The scope on the bridge proper are asphalt
overlay, application of epoxy on deck slab, repair
of steel railings & lamp post and repair & painting
of pylons including parapet walls/center island.
