INTRODUCTION TO MOTION SERIESAll of the sets in this offense start in a 2 - 3formation. This offense is made up of two guards, twoforwards, and a center. To help better explain the offense, we will usenumbers to make it easier to follow.
This offense should be practicedand run on boththe left and right sides of the floor.
