ConferenceVenue:InnaGrandBaliBeachhotel,Sanur,Bali,Indonesia.Sanurislessthan20kmfromBali’sinternationalairport,howevertrafficcanbecongested.SanuriseastofDenpasar,Bali’scapitalandwhereUdayanaUniversityandtheFacultyofVeterinaryMedicineislocated.BoatsleaveSanurbeachforPulau(island)Lembonganandotherplacesandit’sagoodplacetowatchsunrise.

TheAsianSocietyofConservationMedicinewillhosttheinitialtwodays,andWDAAthelatertwodayswithaworkshoportourdaybetween.Youwillneedtoregisterseparatelyforbothpartsviatheirwebsites(notavailableyet).

Thereisalsoanoptionalfourdaypost-conferencetourtoWestBaliNationalPark(BaliBaratNP)nearPermuteraninnorthwestBali,opentoall.Thisregionhaslowerrainfall,includessavannahandotherecosystemsandisalsopopularforsnorkellinganddiving.Thetourcostwillincludebustravel,somevisitsandlunchbothways,andNationalParkentryontwodays.AtthemeetinginSanuryouwillneedtobookfortheearlymorningwildlifewalk,and/orsnorkel near Menjangan Island, and/or theafternoon mangrove boat trip. You will pay theoperators directly. If youwish, you can organiseyourowndiveordivinglesson.

Forthisjointmeetingyouwillneedtobookyourownaccommodation(discountswillbeavailableatInnaGrandBaliBeachhotel),andtherearemanyoptionsinSanurandthePermuteranarea,nearBaliBaratNP.

Youwill also need to organise your own travel and health insurance and be responsible for anyvaccinations or medical health advice.
