2. What is the role of IT in Your Hotel
The IT play major terms of role in software's like they have material control software who check the stock of hotel and they have other technology like every staff have ID mainly use for food process like if chef need chicken then he / she puts the requisition and upper level of member approve that order then it follow to end person
And every month IT check that log in of one person not in more than one system if they do then IT department send the mail to them and staff have to gave the answer
3.What are you done extra for customer satisfaction They said that chef know that customers
not from India only then they know the taste of that customers like American like cheesy , Australian like meat , Indian like spicy with alcohol ad they fulfil the need and satisfaction of customers
