Kings Manor Common Areas Common Area is defined as “any properties, real or personal, owned bytheAssociationforthecommonuseandenjoymentofMembersoftheAssociation”. Areas include pool, basketball court, greenbelts, lake andsurrounding area, parks, and cul-de-sacs around the community.TheseareasaremaintainedbytheAssociationandNOTindividualresidents. DO NOT remove or install plants, foliage, decorativeitems,treesorgrassormakeany“improvements”orchangesuponanycommonareawithoutpriorwrittenapprovalandauthorizationfromtheBoardofDirectors. Anyunauthorizedchangesand/ordamagestothecommonareascouldresultintheresidentbeingrequiredtoreturntheareabacktoitsoriginalstateattheresident’sexpense.
