(PRO-PENS)?
PRO-PENS is the university’s monitoring mechanism on academic staff
It is based on self-monitoring dan peer review approach

Objectives of PRO-PENS
To monitor the quality of teaching and learning (T&L) for various academic programs in all faculties, academic centers and campuses
To monitor that integrity, ethics and professional values are upheld amongst academic staffs

Expected Outcomes
Improvement of the level of awareness on value of academic integrity and staff professionalism
Enhancement of quality of teaching and learning environment
Assisting the University in producing high quality human capital
