Prerequisite Fundamental Commission-ing and Verification

• Previously titled “Fundamental Commissioning of Building Energy Systems”

• Modified intent to ensure project meets the owner’s projects re-quirements that relate to energy, water, indoor environmental qual-ity and durability

• Added requirement for preparing an Operations and Maintenance Plan

• Must engage a Commissioning Authority by the end of the design development phase

Prerequisite Minimum Energy Perfor-mance

• Updated reference to ASHRAE 90.1-2010 • Added requirements for data center modeling and that a minimum
