The Wombats’ ChallengeYou are working as a fixer for band
‘The Wombats.’
They are playing a concert in Paris and have asked you to buy some food for their stay.
You have the shopping list but to organise your time you need to know what you will buy in which shop.
Your task: 1. Work out which foods you need to buy in each shop. 2. Count up the number of individual food items for
each shop to crack the code and find a hidden message from the band.
3. Dan, the drummer, is learning French. Write a
vocabulary list for the words in bold so you can teach him the vocabulary he needs to ask for different quantities of items when he goes shopping himself.
