January 1st - Insurance changes ACA Healthplans/Obamacare become effective.
July and October - (check with your employer) Openenrollment begins for employer group health plans.

December 15th - Last day to enroll in ACA Healthplan or make a change to an ACA Healthplan.

Avoid over-the-counter medications, aspirin, herbal products/teas, natural supplements, grapefruit or grapefruit products, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDS) such as Ibuprofen, Motrin, Nuprin, and Aleve.

Visit the dentist twice a year. Brush and floss your teeth twice a day. Tell your dentist you are a transplant recipient as you will need to take antibiotics prior to dental visits. Contact your dentist right away to check tooth or gum problems. Use a soft toothbrush and brush in circular motions.
