Principal’s Message Dear Parents/Caregivers,
As we begin this week, our thoughts are with the Edward School community, regarding the recent passing of Judy McGuiness, their Principal.
Judy was an extremely dedicated, passionate and highly respected principal for many years in the Deniliquin area, and will be greatly missed. Aspire Me STEAM Camp Congratulations to Landon Daggett and Casper O’Brien, who have been selected to attend the Aspire Me STEAM Camp, on the 11th and 12th of April. This should be a wonderful experience for the boys, who will be involved in collaborative problem solving activities involving STEAM, with strong links to numeracy, literacy, coding and robotics. Fishing for Friends Weather permitting our special Fishing for Friends group will have their first outing for the year on the 5th April. Strategies have been discussed and hopes are high that a ‘big catch’ will be snagged. Charity Mini Fete Excitement is building, with preparations underway for our annual Charity and Mini Fete which is to be held this
Thursday 29th March.
Students can look forward to the Easter Hat Parade, the famous cake stall and a variety of fun stalls run by individual classes.

We wish all of these students the very best of luck and know that they will try their best and enjoy this opportunity.
We thank the many parents who have assisted with transporting the large group of students to the various sporting trials that have been held throughout the region this term. This is a fantastic effort. Supervision Just a reminder that the formal supervision for students begins at 8.30am. Students arriving prior to this time, are requested to sit under the COLA until the 8.30am bell. Have a happy week and an enjoyable Easter break. Have a happy week!
