“ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER”

JOB  DESCRIPTIONS  •  Plan,  Organize  and  develop  business  to  

meet  company  planned  objec9ves  as  to  business  and  sales  revenue,  market  penetra9on  and  selling  cost.  

•  Lead  the  own  business  team  to  achieve  profit,  produc9vity  and  persistency  goals  by  establishing  and  execu9ng  the  strategy  and  business  plan.  

•  Ensure  proper  planning  and  evalua9ons  of  marke9ng  strategic  so  that  business  team  can  meet  profits  goals  as  a  return  on  sales.  

•  Recrui9ng  New  Business  Manager  or  New  Business/  Financial  Consultant.  

Requirements  •  Male  or  Female  with  minimum  3  years  

experience  in  sales  or  financial  industry  such  as  Bank,  Insurance,  Securi9es  or  Futures.  

•  Having  a  minimum  2  years  of  experience  as  team  leader  or  manager.  

•  Good  experience  in  dealing  with  freelancer.  

•  Having  a  strong  passion,  honest,  adaptable,  and  ability  to  work  under  pressure.  

•  Have  excellent  aPen9on  to  details  and  service  knowledge.
