Marketing Generalist

An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Generalist to join Mercy Mission World. A

challenging role for an innovative results driven individual. Working with the Head of

Marketing Shared Services to deliver the organisation’s Marketing Strategy at local

level. The individual will have a strategic thinking mind to understand consumer

drivers and motivations working with the local country/project managers in defining

their marketing needs fulfilling those needs with internal or external resources. This

role will be e the one stop shop for local marketing requirements.

The Role

• Collaborate with Head of Marketing Shared Services to deliver integrated

marketing tactical initiatives, utilising event management, direct marketing, PR

and analyst relations, online and offline and traditional methodology

• Directing market resources

• Ability to deliver successful marketing campaigns

• Working closely with Head of Shared Marketing in managing Mercy Missions

core Marketing strategy and Budgets

• Responsible for Marketing teams personal development

• Manage internal/external vendors

• Provided effective and efficient delivery of new campaigns and concepts

• Developing and managing internal resources and external vendors

• Proven experience managing a diverse team

• Identify opportunities for growth

Skills set & Experience required

• Self starter with strong communication skills with the ability to present to

senior management

• Initiative and ability to function without supervision

• Experience of managing a team desirable not essential

• Educated to A’levels

• 1- 2 years proven marketing experience

• The ability to influence key stakeholders internal and external to Mercy

Mission and the drive to explore new projects
