MASTERFLOW 648 CP High strength foundation grout Description MASTERFLOW648CPisahighperformance non-shrink,epoxygroutingmaterialforsupport andprecisionofheavyequipmenttoensurethe propertransmissionofstaticanddynamicloads to the equipment foundation. Advantages MASTERFLOW648CPisathreecomponent systemthatincludesatwo-partepoxyresinand carefullyblendedaggregate.Atelevated temperatures,MASTERFLOW648CPprovides excellentresistancetocreep, highcompressive strength, modulusofelasticityandexcellent resistancetocracking.Thisproductalso producesahighpercentageofbearingsurface, and good adhesion to steel and concrete.Critical machineryalignmentisassuredbecauseofits excellentresistancetocreepandhigh temperaturecompressivestrength.MASTERFLOW648CPischemicallystablefor temperatures up to 150C. Wheninstallationconditionsvary, thehandling propertiesofMASTERFLOW648CPcanbe optimisedbyadjustingtheamountofaggregate used. MASTERFLOW648CPisresistanttooil, syntheticlubricants, waterandmostchemicals, andcuresquicklywhichmeansequipmentcan return to service much sooner. Application Thegastransmissionindustrymade MASTERFLOW 648 CP the industry standard for groutinglargecompressorsaswellasother equipment.Thesteelindustryselects MASTERFLOW648seriesgroutforfoundations undercrushers, ballmills, rodmillsslabtables, scalebreakers, boltpockets, andotherheavy equipment.Themining, power, pulpandpaper, andchemicalindustriesarealsosuccessfully using 648 series grout in a variety of applications.Highstrength, lowcreep, andgoodchemical resistancespellamultitudeofusesfor MASTERFLOW Grouts.
